FAQ

How do I place an order?

Fill out the order form with your date, quantity, theme, and any inspiration photos. I'll follow up by email, call, or text to confirm details and send your quote.

What happens after I submit the form?

I personally confirm every order. After you submit, I'll contact you by email, call, or text to go over the details, share design ideas, and send your quote.

How does pricing work?

Custom cookies are priced by design complexity โ€” Simple, Detailed, or Intricate โ€” per dozen. See the Pricing page for the current guide. Your final price comes with your personal quote and invoice.

Is there a minimum order?

The standard minimum is one dozen. Half dozen orders are available for businesses. Contact me directly to arrange or add notes to your order form.

Do you require a deposit?

Anything over a four dozen order will require a deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders are required to be paid in full three weeks prior to the pickup date. If a deposit was made prior to the three-week payment policy and a cancellation happens, the deposit is non-refundable. If your request is within three weeks of your pickup date, your invoice will be due on the order date in full. For large or business orders a separate agreement may apply โ€” I'll confirm terms with you before you order.

Do you ship?

Orders are pickup or local delivery only within the Texas Panhandle. As a cottage food law baker, I don't ship โ€” that's why everything is local.

Where do I pick up, or can you deliver?

Pickup is based in Amarillo. I can also deliver locally or anywhere in the Texas Panhandle. A fee may apply for further distances.

How far ahead should I order?

My calendar is open year-round so you can book at any time. I generally have a three-week prior to pickup payment policy. However, I will always take a last-minute order if I have availability, so always ask.

What flavors are offered?

All of my cookies are currently sugar cookies with royal icing.

Are your cookies made from scratch?

My cookies are completely made from scratch with a recipe that dates back to my sweet grandmother. My icing is also made completely from scratch.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Every cookie is heat sealed to preserve their taste for up to two weeks of freshness.

What do I do with my cookies between pickup and the event or occasion?

Store your cookies at room temperature on the counter. Do not refrigerate or freeze cookies within the two-week time period.

Can I freeze the cookies?

The cookies can be frozen for up to six months in an airtight container, then rested on the counter until fully thawed. Designs may vary depending on length of freeze.
